You agree to review outputs generated by the Service before relying on or distributing them.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

•   MailMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
•   MailMe’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you have paid us in the past six months.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MailMe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights.

  1. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
