MailMe Text 2.5 is ready for download
Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 12:52PM MailMe Text 2.5 is now ready for download at the iTunes AppStore. Landscape mode is the new long awaiting future. A couple of bugs also got mangled. Now you can connect to a mail (smtp) server without typing in a username and password. Some phone companies with special configured mail servers requires this. And every sentence now starts with a capital letter. Enjoy.

bugreport: Mails composed by MailMe may contain an invalid date-header. The date in the date-Header is localized, resulting in "Date: Mo., 03 Mai 2010 14:10:26 +0200" on an german iPhone today. Such a mail shows up in Thundebird with a date of "01.01.1970 01:00".
Thank you for the bugreport. We will look into this.
If an incorrect email address is e treed, how can it be changed.

Press the little round wheel to edit your settings, MaileMe Voice has the wheel on the left side of the send button and MailMe Text has it to the left above the keyboard.
There you can change your e-mail.
